Friday 26th June 2009 – Welcome Reception

The official opening ceremony and welcome reception will take place in Trinity College Dining Hall. This evening will provide an opportunity for delegates to meet in a relaxed environment and catch up with old friends.
Saturday 27th June 2009 - Informal Dinner and Riverdance in the Gaiety Theatre
(Cost not included in Registration Fee)


An Informal dinner will be provided in a private dining venue on this evening open to both those wishing to attend Riverdance & also to those who only wish to attend the dinner to mingle with fellow delegates. Riverdance is an internationally- acclaimed celebration of Irish music, song and dance theatrical show that has thrilled millions around the world since it was first performed during the interval of the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest.

Sunday 28th June 2009 - Irish Night in the Old Jameson Distillery
(Cost not included in Registration Fee)

A traditional Irish evening will take place at the world famous Old Jameson Distillery. Your evening begins a guided tour of the distillery. This relaxed evening includes Irish music and “craic” and also contemporary “Riverdance” style dancing, paired with a delicious meal. A cash bar will be available for beverages.
Cost includes dinner with an Irish coffee, entertainment and return transportation (only to conference hotels).

Monday 29th June 2009 - Daily Wicklow Tour with Evening in Johnny Foxes:
(Cost not included in Registration Fee)

This tour will take the scenic route out of Dublin through the Wicklow Gap and the Blessington Lakes, including a photo stop en route. The tour continues to the pretty village of Avoca, with time to enjoy the Avoca Handweavers and it’s craft shop, reputed to be the oldest weaving mill in Ireland. Then on to the highlight of the tour, Glendalough “glen of the two lakes” a truly spellbinding place, home to the impressive 10th century Round Tower.
Established in 1798, Johnnie Fox's is one of the oldest pubs in Ireland. Renowned for being the highest pub in the country, we are nestled in the peaceful township of Glencullen and surrounded by the beautiful scenery and serenity of the Dublin Mountains.

entertainment and return transportation for those in conference hotels
